The Buy Yourself Flowers Project

We are a non profit organisation dedicated to increasing accessible mental health resources for struggling teenagers.

Our mission

We created this organisation to support teenagers in their mental health journeys through accessible, teen-created resources, and in-person workshops. We aim to make mental-health resources approachable, stigma-free, and available to every student, especially in the moments they need them most.

We collaborate with a wide range of professionals to explore important mental health topics and share thoughtful conversations with our community.

Our blogs share reflective, informative, and relatable writing on mental health topics to encourage understanding, comfort, and open conversation.

Our in-person workshops create supportive spaces for meaningful discussion and learning, helping young people engage with mental health in a more personal and interactive way.
